Live-in janitorial Resident Couple required for 2 new buildings in LaSalle (130 rental & 140 condo).
Must be bilingual. Mandarin a plus.
3 to 5 years hands-on experience.
One person will handle light cleaning duties and the other will handle the handy person’s duties - hands on plumbing, electricity, carpentry, painting and plastering.
Competitive salary
2- bedroom apartment with 5 appliances provided, an indoor parking, hot water paid, 2 cellulars and uniforms furnished.
