欢迎税，我记得我们住进来好几个月才收到账单，一次性给支票。

地校税都是直接交给所在区的政府。我每年都是一收到他们的账单就在网上设置好交款日期。

write your question and ask them to send your on line payment number and amount, then pay by internet from China.

I paid once from China. (or call 311 to have these infos.)



If it's a new house, probably you need to wait at least eight months from the closing to receive your bill.
