Hiring-Sales Order Follow-up (Mandarin Speaking)
Companyintroduction:
Ourcompany is specializing in Aluminum products import & export. In accordancewith our expanding sales team, we are now recruiting experienced sales order follow-upto grow our business.
Jobdescription:
Frequent prospecting calls to existing accounts and develop new business.
Follow up to ensure the sample and the drawing are accepted by customer
Arrange and execute client visits to promote the professional solutions to both potential and existing customers
Ensure ustomer orders get processed and shipped on time.
Follow up coordination of sales support and activities to key accounts.
Assist Sales Manager with customer requests and other daily tasks to ensure the supply and on time delivery of all customer orders
Constant communication with Sales Reps, as well as purchasing department, supplier and shipping department.
Review customer orders daily, review inventory levels.
Update data in Acomba or other software
Qualifications:
Experiences in Architecture background is an asset
Major in Supply Chain Management is an asset
Proven ability to build and maintain solid client relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bilingual with French and English. Mandarin is an asset
Experience of import and export in food industry is an asset.
Familiar with purchasing and sales procedure (not apply to new graduate)
Familiar with MS system (excel, word, outlook, etc…..)
Strong computer skills especially Autocad and Solidwork is an asset.
Experience in purchasing and inventory is an asset
Proactive and good at teamwork
