Looking for a couple live in Janitor Plateau Clark near Duluth
2 buildings
1st building, 18 units And the 2 nd one has 12 unit
You must be very organized,efficient , clean . Will have to answer tenants' requests
Tasks:to keep the building clean interior and exterior
Must be comfortable with plumbing and electricity. Must have own tools.
Will need to get apartments ready for rental, viewing of apartments.
We provide a 2 closed bedroom apartment free rent.
