Job position: Customer Services

Part Time/Full Time/Substitute position



Main Task:

- Document review

- Answering telephone/email enquiries

- Documents delivery and handling



Main Requirements:

- College certificate/diploma or above

- Fluent in English, French and Chinese

- Proficient with computer operation

- Excellent listening and communication skills

- Honest, organized and hardworking

- Driver license is required.

- Customer service experience



The candidate shall pass oral and written test.

主要工作:



-客户服务；

-文件检查；

-接听电话及回答问题；

-文件处理及运送；



主要要求：

-大专以上学历；

-中英法语流利；

-熟练计算机操作能力；

-良好沟通能力

-诚实，组织能力及学习能力强，工作认真负责；

-客户服务经验

-需持有魁省驾照。

经审核符合条件者将进行面试及笔试。
