ProfileScope/Description:
Mainresponsibilities are oriented to Lead, Design & Manage the Worldwide SaaSBilling System, which supports all Company’s branches in America & Europe(Multi-company/Multitenant).
This position isin charge of: keeping all Branches/Tenants fully operative, keepingproducts/System configuration, taking Onboarding projects for new branches,enabling all processes post-billing and keeping as liaison between the businessusers and the SaaS provider, controlling all troubleshooting and resolutionproblems. It’s mandatory to possess rational and business analysis acumen inorder to define & escalate specs for enhancing in the Billing System.
He/She willcoordinate with the SaaS Project Manager to define priorities and scopes pereach requirement/enhancement, based on Project management best practices.
ProfileRequired:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science orrelated field
· Previous experience with Revenue SaaS solutions. Desirable inTelecommunications Business.
· Process & functional analysis skills oriented to TelecommunicationBusiness.
· Project Management skills.
· Data Manipulation with SQL DMBS (MS-SQL, Oracle)
· Experience working with RESTful & Soap APIs.
· Experience Development HTML 5.0, JScript, JSON, CSS/XSL & JQuery.
· Skills well defined for problems resolution & well oriented toresults and goals.
· Knowledge of IoT, Voice, ISP and Cloud platforms
· Reporting Capabilities.
Soft skills
· Ability to lead and coordinate people and activities throughout a fullsolution lifecycle
· Ability to understand advanced technical concepts
· Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively in ateam environment and get along with diverse personalities
· Languages: English (mandatory) and French
